Agent Accelerator
Group & Individual Coaching
Every license — Brokerage or Team — is built around two coaching motions, both included at every tier:
Group Coaching
Regular group sessions for all enrolled mid level and new agents, built around shared accountability, skill practice, and — for teams — direct alignment to the team's Rainmaker vision for where the business is headed.
Individual Coaching
Individual coaching for every enrolled agent — curiosity-led conversations where the agent self-diagnoses against their own numbers and behaviors, isolates one high-leverage action, and leaves with a single countable commitment and a follow-up date set aloud.
The Team Difference: Vision Alignment & Mindset
Brokerage coaching is built around production fundamentals. Team coaching goes a layer deeper. Every team engagement starts with the team's own CEO vision — what the team leader is actually building — and both the group and individual coaching are built to serve that vision specifically, not a generic standard imported from outside the team.
The coaching focus for teams is deliberately mindset-first: identifying and removing the limiting beliefs and fears that keep agents from consistently doing their "one thing" — the single highest-leverage action that grows the team and grows the agent's own business at the same time. Production skill-building matters, but for a non-capping or new agent, the more common blocker is internal, not technical — and that's where team coaching is built to work.
The Added Value: Breakthrough 120 Training (for Keller Williams Market Centers)
For Market Centers and teams that want it, the full Breakthrough 120 curriculum is delivered as part of the license — a five-day intensive built on the Millionaire Real Estate Agent database model, run twice monthly across a day and an evening cohort so schedule conflict doesn't block enrollment.

Daily Accountability: The Seven Metrics
Whether or not a license includes the huddle, the same seven metrics anchor every coaching conversation — the raw material a coach uses to diagnose what's actually happening in an agent's business before addressing the mindset behind it:
● Database adds
● Real conversations
● Follow-ups completed
● Social media leads
● Open house leads
● Appointments set
● Referrals
This tracker, along with the Market of the Moment weekly report and the affirmation system, is T.O.'s own coaching methodology and materials — proven through direct use, and brought fresh to each newly licensed account rather than built from scratch.
